Grant of License

Next-Gen Chess grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Next-Gen Chess platform (the "Service") for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Next-Gen Chess and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Components

This Service incorporates open-source and third-party components that are subject to their respective licenses, including but not limited to chess.js and chessboard.js. These licenses are available upon request.
