How this works:
The board lists players by their public username only — no real names or emails.
A player qualifies after 2 decided games (a win, loss, or draw) so win rates are meaningful; system accounts are excluded.
Played counts decided games only, so Played = Won + Lost + Tied.
Win rate is wins ÷ decided games (draws count as non-wins).
Ratings use Glicko-2 from human-vs-human games (games vs the computer are practice and don't count);
a new player shows a ? until their rating settles (~15 rated games), and players with no rated games yet are Unrated and listed after rated players.
